This is a short course that is fantastic for project management beginners and is the beginning section of an actual University of Washington 400 level project management course.

MIT

Project Management (Civil)

This is a Spring 2009 project management course provide by the MIT Civil and Environmental Engineer group. This is an amazing course to review if you intend to work as a construction project manager.

The course has 25 total lectures, recommended readings, lecture notes, and assignments. You may also download the course materials directly from MIT. Covered are basic skills, tools, and knowledge necessary to manage a project through its inception, design, planning, construction, and transition phases.
